I am private personal care home located by a creek and a golf course. I can use creek water to water my 4
and a half acres of beautiful property. There are walking paths in the back of the property and public
walking paths that pass by the property. In the summer with all the flowers and green grass it is just
beautiful. My facility is 27,000 square feet all on one level. I have 46 rooms to rent. 23 bigger and 23
smaller. I charge $3600.00 for the small, and $3800.00 for the bigger. The nursing care is what cost the
most; I have a great TEAM of nurses. I have 2 housekeepers that clean and do laundry 5 days a week. An
activity director and the kitchen is fully staffed as well. My cook has been with me for 4 years as well as
other staff who have been here longer. I will be open 5 years June 30th. I love what I do and the elderly
but it has been a challenge. It was my dream and I made it come true by working my butt off for 7 years. I
am just seeing what my options are. Retire and move on or keep going. The boilers are new and all of the
plumbing and extensive renovations were done 5 years ago. The building was built in 1969; but is a very
sturdy one. All the Asbestos was removed as well. I know that someone else would love it and care for
the elderly like I do. So...I will pick my best pictures so you can see just how nice it is. Price to be negotiated.
